Welcome We are delighted that you are interested in our holiday region and that you have decided to spend your holiday with us. Enjoy a few stress-free holiday days in our family-friendly region in beautiful natural surroundings. Whether you prefer peace and quiet, relaxing in nature or want to conquer the region through sport. At the end of your holiday, you should return home satisfied and well rested and have fond memories of our region. The municipality of Flühli-Sörenberg is the tourist centre of the UNESCO Entlebuch Biosphere. The total area of the biosphere is 394 square kilometres and hardly any other region has so many natural treasures in such a small area as the "Wild West of Lucerne". Our original Mongolian yurt is located on the Wittenlauenen alp, approx. 2.5 km from the village centre and has a good access road (parking available). The Rossweid is about 25 minutes' walk away. The yurt can be occupied by one to 5 people. The yurt is suitable for couples as well as for families or for a special stay with friends. It is for all those who are looking for luxury in the sense of something special, out of the ordinary and pristine - all under the motto of simply dreaming again, breathing in fresh mountain air and recharging your batteries. In summer you are connected to the numerous hiking and biking trails of Sörenberg. Families are important to us, which is why children up to the age of 12 stay with us free of charge. On request, we can put together a simple breakfast in a basket. WC and shower facilities are available right next to the yurt in our alpine building. Please bring your own towels and sleeping bags. There is a fire bowl with barbecue and cooking pot next to the yurt. Wood is also available. Catering is available in the restaurants in the village, where there are also grocery shops.
