Beautiful, cosy 3-room flat on the ground floor of a 2-family house consisting of 2 double bedrooms, 1 eat-in kitchen, 1 living room, shower/WC with Geberit shower/WC in a very quiet location, on the edge of the forest and directly on the hiking trail to Lake Staz. The flat has a separate entrance. Very nice view. 2 minutes walk to the public bus to Signalbahn and St. Moritz-Dorf. Free internet and WLAN, cable TV, garden for shared use with barbecue facilities in summer, sandpit. A parking space in front of the house is reserved for the holiday flat. If you are travelling by train, please contact us and we can pick you up at the station. Our accommodation is very family-friendly. Two children's beds including bed linen can be provided on request at no extra charge. The flat is also ideal for sports enthusiasts, as there are many starting points in the immediate vicinity. Athletics track, indoor swimming pool, cross-country ski runs and hiking trails can be reached in just a few minutes. Excursion possibilities: These mountains. These lakes. This light! On 580 kilometres of hiking trails across all mountains or by mountain bike on 400 kilometres of enjoyable trails: the Upper Engadin offers a first-class network of hiking trails and mountain bike trails in the midst of the pristine mountain world and the inspiring Upper Engadin lake district. The three flow trails on the Corviglia provide the right flow. The lakes of the Upper Engadin are also popular with sports enthusiasts. Kitesurfing, sailing, windsurfing, stand-up paddling: the possibilities are almost endless. The expanse of the inspiring high valley can be experienced in a particularly impressive way on the two 18-hole golf courses in Samedan and Zuoz. And in addition to the wide range of sporting activities on offer, there are also first-class cultural attractions such as a visit to the museum or the numerous art galleries in the various villages.

In winter, 350 kilometres of the finest pistes in the Corviglia, Corvatsch and Diavolezza ski areas and the family-friendly Zuoz invite you to enjoy true skiing and snowboarding fun. Cross-country skiers will find over 220 kilometres of groomed trails in the Upper Engadine and the side valleys. The winter hiking trails and cross-country ski trails on the frozen lakes of the Upper Engadine sparkle with light, sunshine and vastness in the midst of an inspiring mountain world. Those who want to enjoy the tranquillity and beauty of the snow-covered forests can hike along the 150 km of winter hiking trails in the side valleys of Val Roseg, Val Fex or Val Bever, while those who prefer an overview can enjoy breathtaking views on the panoramic hiking trails high above the lakes on Muottas Muragl.
Families can enjoy the Engadin sunshine on a carriage ride into Val Roseg or Val Fex, or toboggan down into the valley on the 4.2 km long, winding Muottas Muragl toboggan run.
