The spacious 4.5-room apartment is located on the first floor and features a balcony. With two bathrooms, the apartment offers ample space for smaller groups or two families. There are three bedrooms available: two rooms with two beds each and one room with bunk beds for four people. If needed, there is an additional bed on the gallery and a pull-out couch in the living room.
Notes: Bed linen can be rented. The tourist tax is included in the price.
The holiday apartment is located in the center of Surcoulm at 1,346 meters above sea level. The nearby ski slope is just about 300 meters away. In summer, there are many hiking or biking opportunities starting directly from the house. A post bus stop is located 200 meters away. The private garden area with seating invites you to have a barbecue. The Rufalipark, which can be reached on foot in 20 minutes, offers a lot of fun with its lake, barbecue area, restaurant, playground equipment, as well as soccer and beach volleyball fields.
