Description of the holiday rental
Bedroom:
1 spacious bedroom with a double bed (with two mattresses), a double wardrobe and a chest of drawers. Bed linen is provided and included in the price.
Living room:
An open living area with kitchen and dining area. A round dining table (with insert plate, oval) and six chairs. Swedish stove (wood is provided, please follow the instructions for use) Seating area with space for 5 people with integrated sofa bed for two people. Club table, flat-screen TV/radio, chest of drawers. 2 garden seats facing the mountains. One garden seat with panoramic view.
Kitchen:
The kitchen is fully equipped and has a glass ceramic cooker with oven, large refrigerator and dishwasher, Delizio capsule coffee machine, egg cooker, toaster, hand blender, orange juicer, thermal jug, raclette oven, fondue caquelon. Kitchen linen is provided and included in the price.
Bathroom:
The bathroom has a shower, WC, washbasin. Towels are provided and included in the price. Washing machine and tumble dryer are in the basement.
The 2.5-room apartment (53 m2) is located in a multi-family house with a total of 5 apartments. The house is located in Valata in a very beautiful location, with two garden seats, with a wonderful panoramic view of the magnificent mountain landscape of the Surselva. The apartment has an underground parking space (additional parking options at the communal parking lot)
The 4 houses of the entire Cavrida development are surrounded by extensive green spaces. Distance on foot: to the valley station Valata 5 min., to the postbus stop 50 meters.
