A room features a bunk bed with 2 sleeping spaces as well as a large wardrobe. The sofa in the living room can be converted into a double bed. Bed linens and towels are not included in the price.

The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes. A Nespresso coffee machine (capsules exclusive) is available. A raclette or fondue set can be provided upon request.

No reception of satellite or cable TV, but the possibility to use streaming services with your own hotspot. From the living area, you can access the large terrace including a table and bench. This 2-room apartment is located in a beautiful scenic spot in Surcuolm/Obersaxen, just a few minutes' walk from the post bus stop, several restaurants, and the ski slope to the Valata valley station.

From the living room, you can access the large terrace. A parking space in the underground garage, a shared washing machine and tumbler, as well as a storage room for winter and summer sports equipment are available.
