Open kitchen on the upper floor with adjacent dining area, equipped with oven with built-in microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine (Delizio).

Two bathrooms: each with shower and toilet. Towels provided.

Terrace with dreamlike mountain view and whirlpool (50 CHF contribution), as well as additional balcony and covered seating area.

The house - built in 2012 - invites you to spend cozy holidays. It is comfortably and practically furnished, cozy and homely. Adults and children feel at home here. Balcon Sulegliv is located in the village of Vattiz, near the lake Davos Munts, the bus stop (ÖV to Ilanz) is nearby. In winter, the valley station of the mountain railways in Vella to the ski area Val Lumnez and Obersaxen is reachable by ski bus. With good snow conditions, you can ski directly to the house. Lumnezia invites you to wonderful walks in the nearby surroundings and hikes in the surrounding mountains and valleys.
