Casa M is located in the completely renovated 18th century Casa De Mont, right in the centre of the village of Vella. The typical Graubünden stone house has been carefully restored and now offers a modern, cosy 2½-room flat with its own entrance and reserved parking space right next to the front door.

The flat is furnished to a high standard, flooded with light and fitted with oak parquet flooring. The open-plan living, dining and kitchen area offers plenty of comfort: a fold-out sofa bed, an armchair, WiFi, Sonos speakers and a dining table for four people. The fully equipped kitchen has an induction hob, dishwasher, oven, large fridge with freezer and a Nespresso machine.

The bedroom is generously proportioned and equipped with a comfortable box-spring bed, blackout curtains and plenty of storage space. The modern slate-look bathroom has a spacious shower with rain shower head. There is also a separate WC with washbasin.

Location & activities
Casa M is an ideal starting point for summer and winter activities. The chairlift to the Obersaxen/Mundaun ski area is only about 400 metres away. Cross-country ski runs, winter hiking trails and toboggan runs are also in the immediate vicinity. Flims/Laax can be reached in around 30 minutes.

In summer you can go hiking, walking and cycling in Val Lumnezia. The Davos Munts bathing lake can be reached on foot in around 30 minutes. Further highlights: Rhine Gorge, Vals Therme, Sagogn golf course, Lumnezia open-air festival and various summer events.

The village of Vella
Vella lies at 1240 metres above sea level and boasts a historic village centre with traditional stone houses, the Sogn Roc chapel and de Mont Castle.
