One bedroom with a double bed and a single bed. Wardrobe and storage space available. The living room has a sofa bed for 2 people. Bed linen is available and not included in the price.

Living room:
Living room with integrated kitchen. In the living room there is a table with 4 chairs. A sofa, which can also be used as a bed. TV with BluewinTV, Bluesport, as well as a SONOS music system. Free WiFi. The apartment faces north and is very bright.

Kitchen:
The kitchen is well equipped and features a ceramic hob with a freestanding oven, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment and a dishwasher. A Nespresso coffee machine (please bring your own capsules), a fondue caquelon are also available. Kitchen linen is available and included in the price.

Bathroom:
Bathroom with shower / WC.

Other:
The large, sunny balcony is equipped with a table and chairs, a bench and a small lounger. Part of the balcony is soundproofed with a glass wall.

Beautiful 2.5-room apartment for max. 5 people, with beautiful furniture and modern kitchen. The apartment is located on the 1st floor of the house. The house is located on the outskirts of Vella GR, in a very quiet area without through traffic.

The skis/bikes can be stored directly via the underground garage entrance in the ski room in the basement of the house.

Distance to shopping: 5 minutes walk, 3 minutes by car. To the valley station of the mountain railway: 10 minutes walk, 4 minutes by car.

Outdoor parking available. Pets on request. Non-smoking accommodation.
