Living room with a decorative fireplace and iPhone/iPod station, “Apple TV” box to be able to watch films, Marshall wifi stereo to listen to music from a Smartphone. A dining table for about 12 people. Kitchen with large fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, oven, 5 ceramic hobs, filter coffee machine and Nespresso (capsules not available), dishwasher, toaster and kettle.
