Covered balcony overlooking Lake Maggiore and Locarno.The well furnished apartment is located in the  2nd floor without elevator in the Casa Fiona of the very well maintained Residenza Viramonte. The Residenza Viramonte consists of 6 houses on a well maintained hillside plot of approx. 16000 m2. The apartment itself covers 46 m2 and is completely furnished. The beds are dressed and the linen for bathroom and kitchen are avalaible.Please bring your own bath towels for the pool and beach.The rental price includes
