Bedroom
A spacious bedroom with a large double bed, wardrobe and washbasin.
The apartment is modular in design and can be extended by three additional bedrooms. Two large bedrooms with double bed, wardrobe and spacious private balcony facing south. And one smaller bedroom with single bed and wardrobe. An additional single bed can be placed in this smaller bedroom. Cot available upon request.

Living room
Bright living room with dining area and seating area with sofa bed (140 cm, suitable for 1-2 adults or 2 children). Dining area with wooden table, kitchen bench and 2-4 chairs.

Kitchen
The kitchen is fully equipped and features a new induction hob (4 plates) with built-in oven, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, juicer, Nespresso coffee machine and a kettle. The kitchen also contains a small dining table.

Bathroom
The bathroom features a shower cabin, washbasin, toilet and a cupboard. Towels provided.

A south-facing balcony with panoramic views and a bench.

Comfortable holiday apartment "Alp Dado" above the beautiful, quiet farming village of Waltensburg, near meadows and forest. This apartment was renovated in 2024/2025 and is modular in design. The basic apartment features a large bedroom with double bed and a sofa bed in the living room. A separate kitchen and a bathroom with shower, toilet and washbasin. The apartment can be extended by three additional bedrooms. The apartment is suitable for 1 to 8 people. The apartment is located on the first floor of a hotel building and features its own, private, south-facing balcony with a magnificent view of the Signina massif above Ilanz and Obersaxen on the opposite side of the Vorderrhein valley. Waltensburg - "Vuorz" in Romansh - is situated on a sunny, south-facing plateau high above the Vorderrhein valley. It is a small farming village (around 350 inhabitants) that has carefully preserved its original character. The church of Waltensburg is world-famous thanks to the frescoes of the "Waltensburg Master" from the 14th century. The church is regularly used for concerts.

The village is ideal for hiking enthusiasts and in winter it features, together with the neighbouring villages of Brigels and Andiast, a varied and popular in-house ski area (1,100-2,400 metres). By arrangement, it is possible in winter, subject to sufficient capacity, to use the shuttle service from Hotel Clarezia to the ski lift (3 minutes). In spring, summer or autumn, the hotel takes its guests on excursions in the surrounding area (and back) with its own hotel bus.

Parking spaces for two cars available. Garage available upon request (also for bicycles/e-bikes etc.).
Pets not allowed. Non-smoking room/apartment.
