Living area: 90m2. 2 bedrooms: master bedroom with double bed, bedroom with 2 extendable single beds with space for 4 persons. In the second bedroom there are various toys for the kids, including a play kitchen and drawing desk. Bathroom: bathtub, washbasin, WC, walk-in shower (not shown in the pictures). Living room: flat screen TV, stereo, dining table with bench, reading corner. Kitchen: Fully equipped. Refrigerator, stove, oven, dishwasher, capsule coffee machine "Tassimo" (capsules available in SPAR). Veranda: barbecue and garden furniture. Entertainment: Flatscreen TV, stereo, W-Lan.
The 3.5-room apartment is located in Wildhaus, across from the former Hotel Acker. Ideal for all winter sports enthusiasts, the ski bus stops in close distance. During the summer months you can start wonderful walks and hikes from here.
The apartment is part of an apartment-building that was newly built in 2013 and is very centrally located. You can reach the valley station of the mountain railways, the local drugstore or the nearest restaurant in just a few minutes' walk. The bathroom is equipped with a separate walk-in shower.
In the basement there is a washing and drying room, equipped with a washing machine and tumble dryer, which are shared by the other residents. A parking lot (No. 4) is available in the underground car park. The ski and snowboard rack is also located there.
The bright and modern holiday apartment is ideal for families. You can reach the apartment comfortably by elevator. Pets are allowed.
