Description of the holiday rental
Spacious 3½-room apartment with 95 m² gross floor space and two double bedrooms for up to four people. The apartment offers a beautiful view over the village and a balcony with a view of the countryside and the surrounding mountains. Modern furnishings with two bathrooms (bathtub/WC and shower), additional guest WC and a high-quality kitchen with ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, capsule coffee machine (Delizio) and toaster.
The living area has an LCD TV with international cable channels and a DVD player.
A starter set with bin bags, coffee capsules, soap and shampoo is provided for the first day.

Modern and exclusive apartment building in a central, quiet and sunny location. The building is located in the popular residential area of ‘Steinmatte’ and offers attractive apartments in close proximity to the edge of the forest.
A ski room with heated ski boot cabinet is available. You can easily reach your apartment by lift. The building can be reached by electric taxi or bus (Winkelmatten line).
The valley station of the Matterhorn Paradise ski area is only about 300 metres away. Zermatt's Bahnhofstrasse with shops, restaurants and bars is about an 8-minute walk away.
All flats are non-smoking; pets are not allowed. Cots and high chairs are available on request.
