Description of the holiday rental
Generous 4½-room apartment located on the 3rd floor with a gross floor area of 145 m², featuring three bedrooms accommodating up to 6 people. The apartment boasts several balconies with views of the village and partial views of the mountains.
It is modernly furnished with a rustic touch and includes three bathrooms (one with a bathtub/WC and two with shower/WC) as well as a first-class kitchen equipped with all comforts such as a ceramic glass cooktop, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, Nespresso capsule coffee machine, toaster, and a fondue + raclette set.
A starter kit with a trash bag, coffee capsules, soap, and shampoo is provided for the first day of the rental.
The living room features a cozy fireplace, and there is a modern TV with international cable channels.

Modern and beautiful flat house in a central, quiet and sunny location in the Steinmatte district.
The ski areas Matterhorn Paradise and Sunnegga Paradise are both about 500 metres away from the house and can be reached on foot in 10 minutes. The bus stop of the ski bus, which takes you to the lifts and the train station, is a one-minute walk away. There is a ski room with storage facilities in the house.
In the vicinity of the house there are shopping facilities, sports shops as well as restaurants. The Bahnhofstrasse in Zermatt with all its shops, restaurants and bars can be reached on foot in about 5 minutes.
All flats are non-smoking and pets are not allowed.
