The studio first floor, 25m2, is a small, totally new renovated and very cosy 1-room-apartment,in the stone part of the house with garderobe corner, eating space and seperate kitchen. Sleeping part with double bed and sitting corner, shower (rain shower)/WC, large east-balcony with sitting possibility.
The house Villa Taugwalder is one of these typical old Walliser houses with its cosy charm. The first two floors have been constructed in the 1870's, the upper floors and the stone part on the side in the 1920's. All apartments are renovated. You can reach the apartments through an open stairwell like in the old days. No elevator. The Villa Taugwalder is situated in the center of the village, near the church's place just in front of the school of Zermatt.
