Cosy, modern 3½ room apartment in a sunny location directly by the ski school.
Location and general information: The apartment in the Chesa Ladina is situated in a beautiful panoramic location above the old village centre of Zuoz, directly next to the children's ski school and the ski lift. The apartment was recently completely renovated. The apartment has a parking space in the garage. In the basement of the property there is a ski room and a laundry room for common use. There is a lift in the house. Pets are not allowed in the Chesa Ladina. Smoking is not allowed in the apartment.
Room layout: The apartment in the Chesa Ladina has a double bedroom, a child's room with two beds, two bathrooms, a living/dining room with a small oven and a sunny balcony as well as a large open kitchen. One of the two bathrooms is equipped with a bathtub, a washbasin and a toilet, the other with a shower, a washbasin and a toilet.
Facilities: The apartment was completely renovated a few years ago. The whole apartment has parquet floors, only the bathrooms are covered with ceramic tiles. In the master bedroom there is a double bed, in the child's bedroom there are two single beds, which are also suitable for adults. In both bedrooms there are large cupboards with sufficient storage space. The modern, spacious kitchen, which has a glass ceramic hob with a steam extractor fan, an oven, a fridge with freezer compartment, a drinks cooler, a dishwasher and a Nespresso coffee maker, is exceptionally well equipped with all the utensils you need for your holidays. The inviting, comfortable upholstered furniture in the living room and the large dining table in the dining area ensure a cosy atmosphere. From the living room windows you have a direct view of the children's ski school and the ski slopes in winter and the adjacent green pastures in summer. The apartment is equipped with Swisscom TV and free W-Lan.
