Description of the holiday rental

Welcome to your holiday dream high above the idyllic village of Zuoz!
The flat is equipped for 4 people. There is a connecting staircase to a studio (with bath/shower, WC and washbasin) and 3 beds.
In our spacious, cosy and bright flat you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the valley and mountains without any traffic noise. The centrepiece is an impressively pine-furnished interior, a cosy dining area with corner bench and slate table, ideal for socialising. The modern kitchen also leaves nothing to be desired with a Nespresso capsule coffee machine, coffee grinder, raclette and fondue. The bathroom has both a bathtub and a shower, while Internet access via WLAN is a matter of course. For larger families, an additional studio can be rented for a further 3 people.

The outdoor area invites you to linger. A balcony with morning sun including furniture for breakfast offers a perfect start to the day. An outdoor car park ensures easy arrival and mobility. The location above Zuoz guarantees peace and privacy, while a spacious laundry room in the basement also serves as storage space for ski, sledge and bicycle equipment.

The surrounding area offers something for everyone. You can reach ski lifts, an ice rink, playgrounds and hiking trails on foot in just 5 minutes. A 15-minute walk takes you to the Hotel Castell with views over Zuoz and the Engadine. Sports enthusiasts can reach the Es-cha hut, which offers spectacular views of the Alps, in a maximum of 2 hours on foot. The Engadin enchants with its winter sports facilities and a paradise of hiking trails and mountain bike trails in summer. Cultural highlights and leisure activities such as golf, kiting and numerous other sports round off the offer.
