Chesa Spler is located in Zuoz in the very popular, quiet residential neighbourhood of Vuorcha below the railway line. The Chesa Spler property borders directly on the agricultural zone. The village centre, Zuoz railway station and the numerous shopping facilities are just a few minutes' walk away. The challenging Zuoz-Madulain golf course is within easy walking distance. The house has a communal laundry room and a ski and bike room for all residents. The house has a lift. Pets are not allowed in the Chesa Spler. Smoking is not permitted in the flat.

Families can enjoy the Engadin sunshine on a carriage ride into Val Roseg or Val Fex, or toboggan down into the valley on the 4.2 km long, winding Muottas Muragl toboggan run.
