New, spacious 4½ room apartment directly at the chairlift valley station.
Location and general information: The Chesa Vaivetta is a residential building completed in 2019, which is located directly at the valley station of the chairlift Chastlatsch. As the last house of a longer row of houses, the Chesa Vaivetta benefits from a completely free view in the direction of St. Mo¬¬ritz and over the golf course. The apartment is within walking distance of the village centre and the railway station. In the house there are spacious ski and bike rooms as well as a communal laundry room. Two reserved garage spaces belong to the apartment. The house has a lift. Pets are not allowed in the Chesa Vaivetta. Smoking is not allowed in the apartment.
Room layout: The apartment in Chesa Vaivetta contains three double bedrooms. The master bedroom, which has its own bathroom, has an exit to a small private terrace. The other two bedrooms share a second, very comfortable bathroom. The spacious living/dining room is located on the sunny south side of the property and is complemented by a large, covered balcony. The spacious U-shaped kitchen is open to the dining room. The unobstructed view from the living room overlooks the agricultural zone and the Zuoz/Madulain golf course.
Appointments: The apartment is furnished with lots of wood in alpine style and equipped with modern comfort. Parquet floors are laid in the whole apartment. In the kitchen there is a ceramic hob with a steam extractor, an oven, a refrigerator with freezer compartment, a microwave oven, a dishwasher and a Nespresso coffee machine. The apartment is equipped with Swisscom-TV and free W-Lan.
