Description of the holiday rental
Cozy 2-room apartment in Bergün with ideal location and dreamlike view The 50 m² 2-room apartment is located in a quiet area on the 1st floor of a building with seven apartments. From a large balcony (wrapping around 10 m², from east over south to west) there is a wide, unobstructed view of Bergün and the Grisons mountains with the majestic Piz Ela directly vis-à-vis. A garden area by the house is available for general use. The footpath to the town center with bakery, supermarket, and farm shops takes 5 minutes. It is a 10-minute walk to the train station. The outdoor pool with sunbathing area is 50 meters away from the apartment. In a 200-meter walk you reach the Bergün spa with wellness/spa area. The lovingly furnished apartment has laminate flooring and consists of a bright living/dining room (with double sofa bed), a bedroom with double bed plus a bunk bed, a built-in kitchen, a bathroom with bathtub (shower) and toilet. The small modern built-in kitchen is equipped with an electric stove with induction cooktop, a refrigerator with three-star freezer compartment and with most of what you need for cooking. WiFi and a compact HiFi system with radio and CD player are available. (Please bring an aux cable for connecting smartphones.) Storage space for winter sports equipment is available in the spacious ski cellar. Smoking is not allowed in the apartment. Pets are only allowed in special exceptional cases. If you want to bring a pet, please coordinate this with us in advance.
