Directly in front of the door, the traffic-free walking and hiking paths begin, for which Arosa is so famous. With sufficient snow conditions, the Weisshornbahn and the Tschuggen Ost chairlift are quickly accessible by ski via the Obere Waldpromenade. A sledding run and the return slope end directly in front of the house.
