Nestled on the central Via Borgo, this stylish and modern apartment is a first-floor retreat with a balcony overlooking the easy-going life of the ancient, Mediterranean of Ascona. The air-conditioned apartment has a soothing blend of natural tones, spacious interiors and minimalist decor with a pop of colour, providing an overall groovy space to relax on your holiday. The living room has two big and plush sofas, a flat-screen TV, direct balcony access and indoor wooden dining for eating-in moods.

The kitchen of the apartment is well-equipped and features elegant furnishing with laminated cabinets and all essential utilities like a dishwasher, oven, fridge, Nespresso machine and cooker hob for cooking homemade meals in the most carefree way.

Bedroom 1: The bedroom has a double bed, a side lamp, a large wardrobe and big windows for plenty of natural light.

Extra: One of the sofas in the living room converts into a double bed to sleep two guests in comfort.

Supermarkets, Trenino Turistico – a miniature tourist train, the tranquil Mediterranean promenade with the Lungalago and vibrant-hued buildings, as well as the science museum, Casa Serodine, are just a stone’s throw from the holiday apartment.
