A 30 sq.m. studio apartment located on the ground floor of a detached house just a stone's throw from the historic centre of Soglio. Equipped to accommodate two guests with the possibility of adding two extra beds with double sofa bed, small kitchen and bathroom with WC, washbasin and shower. Bright, south-facing accommodation with small outdoor area with parking space for loading and unloading only. Postbus stop and public parking spaces (for a fee of Fr. 20.- per week) approx. 100m from the house. Village shop with groceries and three restaurants in the historic centre a few steps from the house. Panoramic view of the Bondasca Valley, starting point for various hikes of varying difficulty and duration. In summer and autumn it is possible to access the vegetable garden behind the house to harvest seasonal vegetables for daily use.
