Total living area approx. 70m2. Lockable garage. Private patio with garden furniture and sun blinds. Shared use of pavilion, garden furniture, barbecue and swing for children. Comfortably furnished living - dining room with radio / CD, Swisscom TV, DVD, wireless and direct access to the terrace. Well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, four hotplates, oven, fridge with freezer part, espresso machine and Bosch Tassimo, kettle, toaster, blender, cheese and fondue set, grill and raclette dishes etc.
Bath with shower, toilet and washbasin, heated towel rail, guest toilet. One bedroom with double bed, 2nd bedroom with 2 single beds. Cot available. 
Terms
Including electricity, water, heating, garage space, bed linen (attracted on arrival), bath towels, kitchen towels, wireless Internet.
Surcharges
Cleaning for two persons CHF 100.--, from three persons CHF 140.--, summer tourist tax CHF 3.25 per day for adults and children over 13 years, winter tourist tax CHF 3.40 per day for adults and children over 13 years.
