Description of the holiday rental
The cozy 3.5-room apartment is located in the hamlet of Giessen and offers space for up to 6 people. The kitchen is very well equipped and, in addition to a dishwasher and microwave, offers the possibility for a raclette or fondue. In the comfortable living room with satellite TV and DVD player, there is a tiled stove, and a double bed is also available here. The 2 separate bedrooms each have 2 single beds. The bathroom with a shower includes a washing machine, which is of course at your disposal. On cold days, the apartment can be heated either with wood or electrically. For heating with wood, there is an additional Swedish stove in the kitchen next to the tiled stove located in the living room. The apartment includes a large lawn with a fenced pond and a barbecue area. Deck chairs and sun umbrellas are also available. In case of rain, the covered terrace can be used. There is a parking space directly in front of the apartment. Additional public parking spaces are located 50 meters away. Wi-Fi is also available for free use. The tourist tax is to be settled separately at the tourist office.
