Description of the holiday rental
From January 3rd, available again! The chalet is located at the highest point of the settlement. The view from this chalet is magnificent – with a superb view of the Valais mountains. The recently expanded terrace can be considered one of the highlights of this chalet. The chalet is rented out to a maximum of 4 people and has two bedrooms. (A third bedroom is locked and private.) Inside the house, you will find a well-equipped, newly renovated kitchen with a dishwasher and a large refrigerator, a bathroom with a shower and an additional guest WC on the upper floor. The house also features a living room (with TV, fireplace, and a cozy seating area) and a large dining nook (note: no Swiss TV channels!). Summer: The chalet comes with a personal (and covered) parking space, which is located near the house. Excursion destinations such as Zermatt, Saas-Fee, Simplon Pass, and the Goms region can be reached quickly by car. Popular summer activities include visiting the Brigerbad thermal baths, the Bammatta outdoor pool, or hiking to Belalp and crossing the suspension bridge to Riederalp. Winter: Tschuggen is car-free in winter, which is very popular and makes the village an idyll. In winter, you can reach Tschuggen via the aerial cableway and the middle station Erich. Luggage transport can be arranged. The Belalp ski area can be optimally accessed via the middle or valley station (by ski). Thanks to the eight-seater gondola, there are no more waiting times at the valley station, which is an added value for Tschuggen. Evening toboggan rides to the valley station are also popular. The 7-kilometer-long toboggan run from Belalp down to Blatten passes by Tschuggen and thus the chalets. The ski area extends up to an altitude of 3,100 meters, ensuring snow reliability until Easter. Once Tschuggen – always Tschuggen!
