The 4 1/2 room chalet for 5 people is located in a very quiet, sunny spot with a lawn. Only 250 meters from the valley station of the Belalpbahn cable car. Covered parking space in the Bergquell holiday residence (10 meters from the house). Well suited for families. Ground floor layout: Living room with a Swedish stove, leather seating group, Swisscom TV and internet. Modern open kitchen with dishwasher, ceramic hob and corner bench with a large kitchen table. Separate WC. The entire ground floor has ceramic tile flooring with underfloor heating. Upper floor layout: Two double bedrooms with south-facing balconies, 1 bedroom with a double bed, all rooms have laminate flooring. Bathroom with walk-in shower, washbasin and WC. Garden furniture, sun umbrella and sun loungers available.
