Typical Ticino house from the beginning of the 20th century furnished with style while maintaining the vintage character of the building. The kitchen and bathroom have been recently renovated and make the structure comfortable. The outdoor spaces allow one to fully enjoy the view of the surrounding mountains. Located in the Centovalli, the valley famous for its train that passes through idyllic landscapes and for its tranquillity. The house is ideal for families and can accommodate up to 6 persons (+ a small child). There are three spacious bedrooms with a double bed (160x200 cm). A baby bed (60x120 cm max. weight 15 kg) is available. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and toilet. There is also a large living room with a balcony, sofa, television and pellet stove. The dining room is furnished with a large table for up to 10 persons and also has a pellet stove. The eat-in kitchen with a wood-burning fireplace is equipped with a refrigerator/freezer, hot air oven, electric cooker with 4 hotplates, slicer, coffee pod machine, kettle, toaster and other accessories. A washing machine is installed in the utility room. Outside there is a large terrace with a view of the surrounding mountains, stone table and sunshade. Gas grill available.

Site description: Costa is a hamlet of the Centovalli located above Borgnone, at an altitude of 890 metres above sea level. Very sunny and quiet. In the summer months it is mainly inhabited by holidaymakers as secondary residences. The village has retained its original character, preserving its peculiarities as a Ticino village with its typical tiled roofs.
