The rustico is situated at 630 metres above sea level, the village of Breno at 800 metres above sea level.
The rustico is located on the "Sentiero del Castagno" hiking trail. Also suitable for bikers.
Not far from the Monte Lema valley station.

Shopping facilities are available in Breno.
The city of Lugano and the A2/Lugano-Nord motorway junction are 20 minutes away by car. Agno on Lake Lugano is only 12 km away. The post bus stop with connections to Agno is within easy walking distance.
