Description of the holiday rental

Bedrooms:
2 bedrooms on the 1st floor with double bed. 1 room with balcony (south view). Both rooms with wardrobes and chests of drawers (changing facilities), baby cot available upon request. 1 spacious double bedroom in the basement with large wardrobe, table with 4 chairs. Bed linen included in the price.

Living room:
Open living area with kitchen/dining area, at least 6 seats, soapstone stove (wood is provided), 3-seater sofa, club table, farmhouse buffet with bar and glasses, flat-screen TV, large seating area, morning and long evening sun, free WLAN throughout the house, 1 TV with cable connection, DVD player and stereo system. Piano room/office with printer.

Kitchen:
The kitchen is fully equipped and has a glass-ceramic hob, oven, steam extractor, large refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, JURA Impresa coffee machine, tea maker, toaster, mixer, raclette oven as well as fondue caquelon and dishes, kitchen linen included in the price.

Bathrooms:
2 bathrooms, one bathroom with bathtub / WC, one bathroom with WC and washbasin. Towels provided, included in the price. In the basement bathroom with whirlpool tub, steam shower/shower, two sun loungers.

5.5 room house (161m2 living space) detached, located in an elevated, very quiet location with a beautiful panoramic view of the magnificent mountain landscape of Obersaxen and the Surselva, as well as a view of the village of Brigels with lake, sunny all day. The house is new and furnished with exquisite furniture.

Covered parking space directly in front of the front door, as well as a car parking space next to the house (3 parking spaces in total), beautiful garden, pergola with automatic shading, granite table, 6 garden chairs, 2 sun loungers, outdoor cheminée, long sunshine duration in the evening, well screened with shrubs.

Storage room for skis, bicycles can be parked in the open car park.

Distance to the village: 12 minutes on foot, 4 minutes by car, 200m to the sports bus stop.
