Bedrooms:
Two bedrooms, one bedroom with a double bed 2 mattresses 90x200 cm, two bedside tables with bedside lamps, large built-in wardrobe. The second bedroom has a single bed with mattress 90x200 and a bunk bed with 2 mattresses 90x200, wardrobe. Bed linen available. A cot can be reserved on request for CHF 10.00.

Living/Dining Room:
Extendable dining table, sofa, rocking chair, modern Smart-TV with over 200 digital TV channels and digital radio stations. A stove in the living room provides additional cozy atmosphere and makes an active day outdoors perfect. Firewood for the stove is to be brought by the tenant or can be purchased at Volg Brigels.

Balcony:
Furnished balcony, facing south.

Kitchen:
Open, modern, top-equipped kitchen with induction hob, extractor hood, large fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, oven, kettle and Nespresso coffee machine. Including complete and high-quality kitchen equipment with crockery and cutlery for double the number of people. Kitchen linen is available.

Bathroom:
Bathroom with bathtub and separate shower, double sink with mirror cabinet and toilet. Bathroom linen is to be brought by the tenant or can be provided on request for CHF 10.00 per person.

The holiday apartment Anita 1 in the wonderful mountain village of Brigels is 80 m2 in size and was renovated and newly furnished in 2021/2022. Renovation of windows and shutters after Easter 2025. The apartment has 5 beds and a sunny south-facing balcony. The entire apartment - except the bathroom - is equipped with high-quality vinyl flooring in oak look. The apartment has central heating with radiators.
In the basement, there is a ski and shoe room, a laundry room with washing machine, tumble dryer and a drying room for communal use. 
Upon arrival, a rubbish bag, washing-up liquid/dishwasher powder, household paper and two toilet paper rolls are available. Snow clearing to the front door is carried out by the caretaker.
The landlady lives in Brigels and is personally available on site in case of emergency.
The ski area/mountain railways, sports facilities (swimming lake, mini golf course, ...) and shopping facilities in the wonderful mountain village of Brigels with its excellent restaurants are within easy walking distance. Free local bus in winter, the nearest stop is 200 meters from the house. In summer, free hiking shuttle bus from Brigels-Waltensburg-Andiast and back.
Parking directly in front of the house. Pets not allowed. Non-smoking accommodation.
Upon departure, the apartment should be left clean and the rubbish disposed of.
