The partially renovated 3-room holiday apartment is located in a multi-family building with a total of seven apartments. The house is located at the entrance to Breil/Brigels, in the Crest la Crusch residential development. From the balcony, you have a beautiful panoramic view of the magnificent mountain landscape of the Surselva.
In winter, the free ski bus takes you directly to the snow sports school and the valley station of the mountain railways. Shopping facilities are easily accessible within a 10-minute walk.
A parking space is available in the underground garage. Pets are not allowed. Non-smoking apartment.
