Bedrooms:
2.5-room holiday apartment with 4 beds. One of the two bedrooms (with its own WC) is located in the basement and features two single beds that can be pushed together.

Living room:
The cozy living room with dining area and fireplace, books and games offers relaxation at any time of day. The balcony facing southwest can be accessed from the living room and the upper bedroom and offers a magnificent view of the chapel and the 'Brigelser Hörner'. Wi-Fi is available and included.

Kitchen:
The well-equipped kitchen (with microwave, fondue and raclette set) and shopping opportunities in the village offer everything for self-catering.

Bathroom:
Shower and toilet are separate

Other rooms:
Included are electricity/heating/water and the use of the washing machine and dryer (in the communal basement).

Further:
The apartment is suitable for couples of all ages as well as for families with older children.

E-cars are not allowed to be charged in the garage due to cable fire hazard.

The sun-drenched and stylishly renovated 2.5-room apartment is ideal for a couple or families with 2 older children who want to enjoy their holidays on the sun terrace of Graubünden.

With its 62sqm, divided into 2 levels, the apartment offers on the 1st floor a spacious living and dining area with open kitchen and a bedroom with large bathroom. The second bedroom with its own bathroom is located on the ground floor and is equipped with a bunk bed. The two levels are connected by an open staircase. 
In the living area there is a cozy Swedish stove that invites you to stay with its warmth. The southwest-facing balcony can be accessed from both the living room and the bedroom and offers a charming view of the "Brigelser Hörner" and the 16th-century St. Giacun Chapel.

The modern kitchen is practically equipped with a dishwasher.
Through large windows, the first sunrays fall in the morning and allow a view of the village and the ski lift operation. The apartment is almost a half of a 3-party house, to which also belongs a own garage. The common laundry cellar of the house has a washing machine and dryer and offers enough space for ski and hiking equipment.

The house Casa S. Giacun is located only about 500m from the village square with restaurants, bakery and shops in a quiet cul-de-sac. The lift station of the Brigelser Bergbahnen can be reached comfortably in a few minutes with the free ski bus (bus stop 50m from the house). The post bus station is also within a few minutes.

Upon request, arrival on Friday or Sunday is also possible.

Pets are not allowed. The apartment is a non-smoking apartment.
