Our charming holiday flat, situated on the idyllic upper edge of the village of Vazerol, just 10 minutes by car from Lenzerheide, offers you the ideal starting point for an unforgettable holiday experience. With a breathtaking, unobstructed view of the Albula Valley and towards Savognin, we invite you to spend your dream holiday with us. Lenzerheide is only 10 minutes away and is one of the most beautiful ski resorts in the Alps.

Inside you will find a generously proportioned flat over two floors that leaves nothing to be desired. A fully equipped kitchen with adjoining dining and living area, a WC/shower and two comfortable bedrooms are located on the lower floor. The first bedroom is furnished with a 140 cm wide bed and a pull-out sofa, while the second bedroom has a 160 cm wide double bed. Another floor up, the spacious third bedroom with a double bed (160 cm wide) and private bathroom invites you to relax.

The outside area of the flat is characterised by a sunny, south-facing balcony that offers you an unrestricted view of the picturesque surroundings. Here you can enjoy breathtaking sunsets and unwind in peace and quiet. There is also a carport and additional free parking spaces in front of the house, so you don't have to worry about the safety of your vehicle.

The area surrounding the holiday flat is a paradise for active holidaymakers and nature lovers. Just a few minutes from the house, you will find a variety of sports and leisure activities such as skiing, mountaineering, ice skating, golf, climbing, mountain biking, cycling tours and cross-country skiing. The proximity to the Roland Biathlon Arena and Lenzerheide makes our holiday flat the ideal location for sports enthusiasts and those seeking relaxation alike.
