One bedroom is furnished with a double bed, a spacious wardrobe and a large chest of drawers, while the other, separated by a few metres and a few steps, has two beds, its own balcony and its own toilet. The new, modern kitchen shares the room with a cosy dining area. It is equipped with a large fridge, oven, dishwasher, ceramic hob and a Nespresso coffee machine. There is also a large, newly renovated bathroom with bath, separate shower, toilet, washbasin and private outside access, as well as a washing machine, laundry"Spinne" and tumble dryer. The outdoor area boasts a private sun deck, various sun loungers, parasol, mosaic table, a BBQ area with stone fireplace and stylish stone table as well as a large piazza with stone floor. A covered portico with a view of a magnificent olive tree and the rooftops of Brissago Porta offers a cosy retreat even when it rains. The extensive panoramic lawn invites you to lie down, play badminton or simply daydream under azaleas, pines and palm trees.
