Comfortable and cozy apartment (from January 2023, 3.5 rooms) in the Lärch Chalet. Ideal for your winter holidays! The Lärch Chalet is located at approximately 1650 m above sea level and offers everything you desire for your wonderful holidays. Furnished with love by the owners, it provides an equipment where you won't miss anything (see "Amenities"). You arrive and will immediately feel at home. Public parking. A footpath leads to the chalet, which is located about 80m below Blattstrasse. Due to its location on the edge of the chalet zone, it is exceptionally quiet, but still well connected. The Blattstrasse, which connects the district of Bürchen Blatt with Zeneggen, is a dead-end street in winter, as the stretch to Zeneggen is prepared as a cross-country ski trail! Experienced skiers and snowboarders can directly access the ski slope from the house and return back. Would you like to ride in a piste vehicle once? In about 15 minutes on foot, you reach the "Alpuschnaagger", a piste vehicle with a large cabin for up to 20 people. It takes you to the Moosalp, from where you can enjoy a magnificent 5 km long sled run down to Blatt. An unforgettable experience for young and old. Perfectly prepared winter hiking trails and snowshoe routes for all levels are at your disposal. Hairdryer, fondue set and raclette oven, toilet paper, household paper and more are ready for you. Ski slopes, cross-country ski trail, sledding and winter hiking trails in the immediate vicinity. Electricity consumption, bed, bath and kitchen linen are already included in our basic price. Additional costs: Preparation fee / cleaning: total approx. 70.- to 100.- depending on number of persons/rooms. The apartment is to be left in a broom-clean condition by the tenant. Local tourist tax is collected by the landlord. You will receive the guest cards upon payment of the tourist tax.
