4½-room apartment (approx. 120 m²) on the 1st floor. Entrance with coatrack. Open kitchen with stone worktop, dishwasher, fondue and raclette set, oven, microwave, dishwasher, Chicco d'oro coffee machine and fridge. Living room with dining area and south-west facing balcony. TV and internet. Two double bedrooms, one with en-suite bathroom (bath/WC/sink). One bedroom with bunk beds. Bathroom with shower/WC/sink. One parking space in the garage. Shared laundry room. Pets are allowed.
The apartment will be refurnished and refreshed in spring 2025. New photos will follow.
HOUSE DESCRIPTION
The Chesa Stambuoch was built in 2001. It is an Engadin-style house on the outskirts of Celerina in a quiet and sunny location. Shops and restaurants are approx. 500-1000 m away, the post office and station approx. 700 m and the Saluver cable car approx. 1000 m away. (free bus service to the cable car).
