Spacious, modern 3.5 room apartment in a new, very well-kept 5-family house in the Engadine style in a central, sunny location on the edge of the village center towards Samedan. The center with Coop, Volg, bakery, café, restaurants, ice rink, curling, tennis courts are within walking distance. The River Inn, the cross-country skiing center and the entrance to the cross-country skiing network are approx. 200m away. The bus stop with a direct connection to St. Moritz Dorf / Bad / Coop, Samedan Coop / train station and the ski areas Celerina / Marguns / Corviglia, St. Mortitz / Signalbahn / Corviglia and Surlej / Corvatsch is right next to the house. In winter the free ski bus takes you directly from the garage entrance to the valley station of the Celerina / Marguns / Corviglia ski area in less than 10 minutes.
