Bedrooms:
3 bedrooms: The main bedroom: Queen size double bed (160 cm x 200 cm), large wardrobe and space for a travel cot. Direct access to the private side terrace. The second bedroom with Queen size double bed with single bed option and double wardrobe. The third bedroom is a bit smaller, but can be set up as a single or twin room. Double wardrobe for luggage. Cot available upon request. Sofa bed in the living room.

Living room:
The living room with panoramic windows and stunning mountain views features a large chaise longue and 2 armchairs. There is a Smart-TV, a DVD player, a Bose sound system as well as a selection of board games (in English), books and toys for younger children (including Duplo and Brio). The sofa can also be converted into a large double bed. 

Kitchen:
The kitchen is very well equipped with oven, microwave, induction hob, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, coffee machine, toaster, drinks machine, kettle etc. as well as pots, pans, crockery and cutlery. Fondue and raclette equipment is also available. The dining area features a large extendable table, comfortably seating 8 people.

Bathrooms:
There are 2 comfortable bathrooms, both with toilets and washbasins. Additionally, one bathroom has a large bathtub and shower, the second bathroom has a large walk-in rain shower. Soap, shower gel and towels are provided, the bathroom also features a hairdryer.

Beautiful and modern 4.5-room apartment with breathtaking views, located in a quiet part of Cumbel. The apartment is suitable for up to 8 people, features 2 terraces and a small garden exclusively for your use.

In winter, you can reach the valley station of the mountain railways in a few minutes by car or with the free ski bus. The bus stop is about 500 meters away. Cumbel in the beautiful Val Lumnezia offers very beautiful hiking trails and bike trails.

A parking space in the garage, further visitor parking spaces outside. No pets allowed, non-smoking apartment.
