for bookings in the period from 16 April to 27 June 2025 !!!!
During this period, the roof, façade and balconies will be completely renovated and the building will be covered in scaffolding. This means that construction noise is to be expected during the day on working days. The balconies cannot be used during this time, parking facilities are also restricted and, depending on the situation, the vehicle cannot be parked on the property and the garage is not part of the rental agreement during this time. However, vehicles can be parked free of charge 100 metres away at the bottom station of the chairlift.
The flat is normally accessible during this time and our offer is aimed at people who are looking for a flat during this time, are travelling during the day and would like to benefit from an attractive price.
For every booking during this period, we will ask again whether this condition has been read and confirmed before we confirm the letting of the flat.
There will be no work on the property before or after this date.
Eischoll is located in the canton of Valais above the Rhone Valley on a terrace at 1230 metres above sea level. Eischoll can also be reached by car in winter from Turtmann or Visp via a well-maintained road. The peaceful hiking area around Eischoll offers hiking routes to suit all tastes. In winter, Eischoll offers wonderful descents without the hustle and bustle of the big ski resorts. A chairlift and 1 ski lift take you up to over 2,200 metres above sea level. The children's drag lift and children's playground are located next to the restaurant with its large sun terrace. The cosy, modern, fully equipped 3.5-room flat in the newly renovated Apollo house in the upper part of the Valais mountain village of Eischoll (500 inhabitants) offers you a good starting point in summer as well as in winter. You can park your car in the car park in front of the garage. The garage itself can be used as an additional room but is not included in the rent for car parking. A ski room on the ground floor is available for skis (or other sports equipment). The flat on the 3rd floor has 2 balconies with marvellous mountain views. The master bedroom has 1 double bed and the children's room has 2 bunk beds, each with direct access to the north-facing balcony. In addition to the bathroom, with bathtub, it has an eat-in kitchen with dishwasher and microwave. It also has a 55-inch TV with satellite reception ASTRA and Hotbird (all Swiss programmes in HD) and Blueray and direct access to the south-facing balcony. There is also a nice dining table in the living room for cosy get-togethers. The laundry room with washing machine can be used according to plan. The visitor's tax is included in the additional costs.
