Description of the holiday rental

Flat:
Newly renovated holiday flat with new furniture and equipment near the village centre of Emmetten (renovated 2019). The holiday flat is comfortably and cosily furnished. The flat can accommodate up to 6 people (3.5 room flat with 2 bathrooms including a wellness bath). The holiday flat has a separate entrance on the 2nd floor. The ski room, bike room and laundry room are on the ground floor with a separate entrance. The holiday flat is located directly on the toboggan run and is approx. 300m from the Emmetten-Stockhütte Klewenalp valley station and the Volg supermarket (open 7 days a week). The A2 motorway junction is approx. 10 minutes away. Car parking is available and free of charge.

Parents' room:
Double bed (180x200) reading lamps, clothes rack, modern wardrobe, bed linen, exit to the balcony with evening sun

Room with 2 single beds (80x200) The beds can be used as a double bed (2x 160x200), reading lamps, clothes rack, modern wardrobe, bed linen, exit to the balcony with morning sun

Kitchen with dining room and cleaning room:
Kitchen with crockery and equipment for 6 people, oven, fridge, ceramic hob, coffee machine (capsules), raclette oven, fondue set, basic food equipment (spices, oil, vinegar, sugar, salt), cleaning materials, exit to the balcony with morning sun

Bathroom:
1x shower, WC washbasin, towels, soap / 1x wellness bath, shower, WC, washbasin, (wellness bathtub 150x150 water and air jets adjustable) towels, soap

Terrace:
New is a large terrace with barbecue, dining table for 6 people, deckchairs and outdoor shower (cold water). The terrace is easily accessible from the living room and parents' room

-With advance reservation, discounted weekly tickets for the entire ski area (Stockhütte & Klewenalp) can be purchased (while stocks last).

Summer:
-Weekly tickets for the entire hiking area (Stockhütte & Klewenalp) can be purchased at a reduced price by prior arrangement (while stocks last)
