Ideally located below the village of Evolène, in the immediate vicinity of the cross-country ski trail in winter, it is also at the start of many hiking, trail or mountain biking routes.
The residential area also has a bakery/tea room, a restaurant, a pharmacy and a shop and the public transport stop within a 5-minute walk of the apartment.
The residence has an underground car park with a space dedicated to apartment 18B. Other public car parks are nearby.
