Next to the entrance is an outdoor seating area with round table and chairs. In the entrance area is the wardrobe, access to the ski/storage room and a guest toilet.

Half a floor below is the bright living/dining room with open loft. It is comfortable and lovingly furnished, equipped with a large dining table, satellite TV, flat screen and radio. Wireless LAN is free of charge. The fireplace gives a homey atmosphere. The house has central heating. The rooms are heated by radiators, all other rooms by floor heating.

Towards the southeast there is a balcony with table and chairs, a smaller balcony towards the north. The open, completely

equipped kitchen offers an oven, microwave, dishwasher, glass ceramic stove, a refrigerator with freezer, a Nespresso coffee machine (please bring your favorite capsules), fondue and raclette set (cheese), fine spices. An additional freezer is located in the ski/storage room.

Again half a floor below is the bathroom with shower, bathtub, WC, hairdryer, washing machine/tumbler.

Again half a floor below is a double room with 2 beds (90 cm x 200 cm), a room with 2 beds (1x 90 cm x 200 cm, 1x 140 x 200 cm) and a room with 1 bed (140 cm x 200 cm). All bedrooms are equipped with parquet floor. Further there is a sauna/finarium (convertible) in the house.

On the first floor there is an exit to the outside, which leads to the garden seating area with deck chairs.

5 minutes by car to the connection lift Grüsch-Danusa ski area. In summer starting point for numerous hiking and biking tours. The Salginatobel bridge / world monument can be reached in about 40 minutes by car. Between the village center and the Hochwang area you will also find mountain hiking trails of various degrees of difficulty. Many hiking trails are also suitable for Nordic walking tours.
