In a hamlet, in a quiet, sunny position, 50 m from the edge of the forest, in the countryside, south facing position. For shared use: meadow 30 m2. In the house: storage room for bicycles, storage room for skis, central heating system, washing machine (for shared use), drying room. 400 m long narrow motor access to the house. In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking at the house.
