In the house: restaurant, lift, central heating system, washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use, extra). Motor access to the house (mountain road). 4x4 car recommended in winter. Parking at the house. Grocery 1.5 km, restaurant 10 m, bus stop "Gersau, Platten" 50 m, swimming bay 1.5 km. Tennis 1.5 km, mountain railway 4 km, ski lift 4 km.
