You enjoy the view of Lake Silvaplana and the mountains, is on the outskirts, and yet within a few minutes in the middle of Sils-Maria. In a few steps you are at the stop of the free local bus or with another few steps more in the Seglias public transportation stop. The new 92m2 large 3 ½ room apartment on the 1st floor is modern and tastefully decorated. Well-kept furniture, oak floors in all rooms and a modern, fully equipped kitchen to beautify your holiday. Dishwasher, microwave, fully automatic coffee machine, fondue and raclette appliances and plenty of dishes allow all culinary pleasures.
