5 minutes from the cable cars and near the centre, modern apartment house. Apartment with 4 ½ rooms for max 10 people, about 84m2, 5th floor with elevator, nice, light and sunny, very nice view, including:

- 1 bedrooms with 3 single beds
- 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and a sofa bed
- 1 bedroom with double bed 160cm
- 1 bathroom with bathtub
- Open kitchen, well-equipped (fridge, gas cooker, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, fettle, microwave, etc.)
- Living room with sofa bed, television with flat screen, dining corner
- Balcony
- 1 walk-in storage room on the landing with fridge-freezer
- Ski room
- 1 parking place outside (in front of building A)
- Laundry with washing machine and tumble-dryer (level 3)

- Deposit: CHF 300.- blocked on a credit card at the arrival. The amount will be release 14 days after the departure.
