Description of the holiday rental

Nice studio (~30m2) for 2 people, well located next to the gondola and to 5 walking minutes to the swimming pool. Lovely, the studio has a pretty balcony west facing.
It's made of:
- 1 large room with a double bed with a dining area
- West balcony with garden furniture
- 1 small bathroom with bath tube (washer machine)
- 1 open and renewed kitchen (fridge, microwave, oven, dishwasher)
- Free Wi-Fi

Extra charges (obligatory):
- Cleaning package: CHF 120.-. (A supplement shall be charged in the case of excess)

- Arrival outside opening hours/day: between CHF 50 and CHF 100
- Deposit: CHF 300.- blocked on a credit card at the arrival. The amount will be release 14 days after the departure.
