The bright and spacious open plan living room is complemented by a chic red tone and slate shower room. Central heating and underfloor heating offer welcome home comfort in the winter months, whilst the private furnished balcony is ideal for guests looking to savour city views in the summer.

The 6-storey residence also offers a private parking space. The convenient city location places guests 15 minutes’ walk from central Lugano.

The central location enjoys easy access to the designer shops, world restaurants, stylish bars, clubs, modern casinos and cultural visitor attractions. Vibrant Lugano offers plenty to do for the active guest; with a golf club and the nearby climbs of Monte Bré, Monte San Salvatore and the ancient Olive Trail all within easy reach.

Guests are placed an 8 minutes’ taxi ride away from the main train and bus station, and a 17 minutes’ drive away from Lugano airport.

Nearby Como (47 minutes’ drive away) offers a wealth of shopping and dining opportunities too, alongside easy road and train links to Milan and bus-ferry-road links to the touristic Central Lake.
