On the doorstep are several paths for magnificent walks, cycling or cross-country skiing. The ski lifts of the enchanting Engadin ski slopes are just a few kilometres from the Residence. For a warm pampering after a cold sports day there is a small sauna in the Residence. A covered parking space in the garage is available for each Apartment.  The communal laundry room is available to guests with washing machines, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron. The Residence also has a common room for storing skis and boots.
